On this site, I write about software problems people run into and how to fix them. Most of the examples come from Shopify and SaaS tools connected to it.
A lot of product articles talk about features. I focus on what happens after someone starts using the product and something does not work as expected.
Things like settings conflicts, integrations not syncing, emails not sending, or data not matching.
My goal is to explain problems in plain language and show step by step how to solve them, so a support team could send the article directly to a customer.
Over time I am building a small library of clear troubleshooting guides for real situations users face.
